The Hackensack senior defensive back is slated to make a campus visit to Rutgers this weekend. He doesn’t have a scholarship offer, but Parker said there is a possibility of being a recruited walk-on. The news about coach Greg Schiano leaving the Scarlet Knights for an NFL coaching job was stunning, but Parker still wants to know what Rutgers might have in store for him.
Police: RI man fatally shot while hunting

A Rhode Island man who was shot while hunting in Exeter has died. State police said Wednesday that 45-year-old Donald Mallette, of Warwick, was shot by another hunter during a hunting trip to the Arcadia Management Area.
